In summer 2005 first Antila 26 were put in to use. Our goal was to create yacht with high level of comfort but still keeping good nautical capabilities. Antila 26 style is something new on the market, that is why it is interesting proposal for chartering firms as well as for private shipowners. Boat’s interior is both spacious and functional. Cabin high (which reaches 193 cm), full size mess with two bunks 2 m long each, large galley and toilet typical for 9 m long yachts are surely giving sense of comfort. The boat has six full size bunks, charter version is offered with additional convertible bunks.. Deck was designed specifically for users. Wide deck, superstructure’s flat roof and spatial cockpit will guarantee safe and comfortable sailing. All lines for operating sails are leading to cockpit. Yacht is equipped with full mast stability, pivoting centreboard and rudder. Engine can be installed on three ways: either stationary, in manhole or on pantograph. | |
On water Antila 26 behaves very calmly, even in hard weather conditions. Boat is balanced and easy to control. Carry out tests came out very well giving certificate of quality CE cat. B which authorize for sea sailing, inshore sailing up to 8ºB and 4 m wave height. It is necessary to emphasize that even lots of compromises for creating safe and comfortable yacht it also has great nautical capabilities. Antila 26 due to dynamic hull lines is a fast yacht with low dead angle. Thanks to simple equipment and optimized construction boat is cheap in production. Building Antila 26 is much easier also thanks to well thought out laminate filler which strengthen construction as well as shorten time need to assembly the boat. |
